Objective: To evaluate video-urodynamic improvement for trigonal BTX-A injection in patients with neurological poor bladder compliance. Methods: 68 consecutive inpatients with poor bladder compliance secondary to spinal cord injury(SCI) received trigonal injections of BTX-A(300U) into the bladder from June 2014 to February 2017. All were evaluated video-urodynamic outcome included detrusor leak point pressure (DLPP), bladder compliance (BC) and vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) at baseline and 12 weeks post-injection. Results: all outcomes improved significantly compared to baseline. The improvement percentage of DLPP (44.36%) and BC(77.13%). No patient developed unilateral or bilateral VUR. Conclusions:Trigone-including BTX-A injection is safe and effective as the treatment for low BC and does not induce VUR.

Case Report
Herein, we present a case of limited granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) with ocular/aural involvement and sparing of the visceral organs. This atypical constellation of symptoms was initially thought to have an infectious cause prior to repeat imaging and testing of immunological markers. The patient was of African-Caribbean descent, a population where the incidence of granulomatosis with polyangiitis is exceedingly uncommon. This case highlights a unique variant of GPA and emphasizes the importance of early clinical detection and treatment to prevent associated morbidity and mortality.

Pancake kidney, also known as discoid kidney, lump kidney, or fused pelvic kidney, is a rare renal fusion anomaly of the kidneys of the crossed fused variety. The majority of patients with this anomaly are asymptomatic. We present a case of pancake kidney which was incidentally found in a child with abdominal pain with no other associated anomalies and was managed conservatively.

Case Report
Submandibular salivary glands are commonly affected by sialolith (calculus),with patients suffering pain and swelling, especially at mealtime. Sialoliths and giant calculi larger than 15 mm are rarely reported. This case report presents a 28 mm sialolith which was removed successfully intraorally under local anesthesia (transoral approach; sialolithotomy). There were no complications either during the operation or postoperatively, and the salivary function of the gland remained normal.

Case Report
Sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 (SGLT-2) inhibitor is the latest class of anti diabetic medication that improves glycemic control in insulin independent fashion by increasing urinary loss of filtered glucose. Since its introduction in 2013, several cases of euglycemic DKA have been reported in patients being treated with SGLT-2 inhibitors. Blood glucose levels in range lower than expected for DKA makes the diagnosis challenging if clinical suspicion for euglycemic DKA is not high. We report a case of a patient being treated with canagliflozin who presented with DKA, AKI and mild hyperglycemia that was complicated by stress-induced cardiomyopathy.
