Abstract

This case highlights the importance of maintaining a high index of suspicion of hiatal hernia (HH) as an uncommon etiology presenting with a wide range of symptomatology as well as a masquerading left atrial mass. Further assessments with multidisciplinary imaging modalities illustrated the gastrointestinal pathology of HH.
